Password reset is handled by the State Admin at SPHL Pune, who can issue a new one from the dashboard. Self-service reset by email needs an official mailbox and an outbound mail relay approved by SPHL/NIC, which is not in place yet. Call (020) 26330223 or 26330225 and ask for the State Admin.
